First week weigh in.......!

    Had my first week weigh in last night after a week of sole sourcing and was amazed and also extremely pleased to have lost 10 lbs!!
    I now have to move up to the 810 plan but I am ok with that!

    Because of my height, I have to have 4 packs and a meal a day though my C has said I can have 3 packs and a meal if I want. I have bought enough for 4, though I will see how I feel each day.

    I am on a rest day from work, the sun is shining and I'm feeling good!!!

    Thanks...yes have thoroughly enjoyed it! Odd I know, but it's so nice not having to think about food or feeling bad because you've eaten rubbish!
    I have more energy than before........ I might just even tackle my ironing pile today!!
