First week weigh in

Considering I had a chinese and indian this week, my weight loss was still 2.5lbs. arty0011:.


Also last night we had sausages and mash. I had the weight watchers pork sausages, they were 0.5 syns each, and OMG they were lovely. The rest of the family had normal sausages and they all had a taste and agreed mine were better

I bought the WW sausages for the first time last night, haven't tried them yet so I'm glad to hear they're nice lol

I also love the morrisons low fat cumberland sausages, think they're only 0.5 or 1 syn each and I prefer them to normal ones!
