First week!

Hi everyone, I've almost completed my first week, I'd tried the plan once before and failed after a few days, but this time I've managed really well and am actually enjoying it!
Live got my first official wi tomorrow but I weighed myself this morning and have lost 12lbs in 5 days:D:D Very happy with my now slightly smaller self! Still a long way to go butim feeling strong and I'm positive I can carry on.

Well done on your first week and good luck for the OFFICIAL weigh in.

I've done this diet successfully in the past and I would strongly recommend NOT weighing yourself at all. It's better to be consistent with the same set of scales at the pharmacy and try to get weighed at the same time if possible so that you get an accurate weekly reading.

One thing I would suggest you do yourself is take your measurements down and revisit to re-measure every 4 weeks. That way you can measure your success in inches as well as pounds
 
Now on day 12 feeling full of energy!!! Things are going well.
