looking to make a change!
weigh in today but 2 days early.
hubby has decided he wants to do it too so last night and this morning we emptied ALL the kitchen cupboards, fridge and freezer (we've even switched the freezer off!!) his a big man with an equal size appetite so i think his really going to struggle but i think it will help we're both doing it and now the kitchens emptied there wont be temptations in the house.
i started on tues with a weigh in day on mondays but as he wants his weigh day to be sats then i'm doing that day too which means i get weighed today
its my first week and i'm worried about 2 things. first its TOTM and secondly i've been ss on porridge alone 3 times a day which my cdc said was ok.
does anyone think these might have an effect on the amount i've lost. i've stuck at it 100%
i also have to remember its not a full week
