Hi all i had my first weigh in today on day 6 instead of 7 day early and still managed to lose 9lb i am so pleased with myself i have stuck to ss for 1 week xxxxx

Thanks everyone had really bad couple of days stress wise and could really stuff my face my little girl has broken her leg and in cast she only 8 so i have been at hospital total of 12 hours in the last 2 days went into kebab house today for hubby and was just about to order chicken donner but with held and am really fed up xx

Well done I weighed last night and lost 9lbs too in 6 days as we arent seeing our counciller until next week sometime.
