hi congrats on your great loss!!Keep up with the good work:)I lost 6lbs on my 1st week and then it went steady,wished i could have done that every week but im told most people have a big loss on their first week then the body slows the rate of fat burning down...im losing on average 2-3lb a week and need 3lb off this week to get my 2st weight loss award at sw,its been a long time coming,just hope i can do it:)xx
Hi and thanks for your messages...Kirsten, I'm doing weight watchers. if I were you I'd look into it. If you can't get to the meetings you can do it online :)
