First Weigh in!

Hey everyone,

Have my first weigh in tonight cant wait!!! Bit nervous that I wont loose as much as I want!
Been really good and not even really tempted with food which has been fab!
Just heard my wedding dress has arrived in - I ordered a size ten so I cant pickit up till its fits me, going to start exercisig today see if that moves things along any faster, as I really want to try on my dress.
Only twelves weeks to go to the big day getting nervous I wont loose all the weight I want to by then!

Anyway thanks for listening, will post later with what weight I actually lost

Good luck sweetie, i am sure you'll have a fab weight loss . I felt just the same as you last week before my first weigh in. You have a very good goal to work towads so i know you will lose weight if you stay dedicated and strong.

Hey all


I lost 9lbs! so chuffed! but that was in 10 days not a week.

Might have to start 790 next week dreading it only being doin 10 days worried bout eating again.
