Well done Hun that is such a great loss. Your losses may decrease but we are all different. I lost 11lbs in my first and second week then 3lbs in the third. The one thing I can tell you for sure is stick with it and the weight will come off - no question.

well done!! i did cd back in april lost 9 lbs in 1st week then 5 in the 2nd and 4 in the week 3.it will decrease but if you stick to it 1oo % you really will see the results hun. i lost 3 stone in 3 months so average a stone a month. i restarted sun and had wi today and lost 6 lbs!! keep going x

You will generally lose more in the first week as you are using up the water weight first, then it reduces but should still be substantial losses compared to other diets

I lost 8 the first week and 4 the second week, this time around, last time I lost a stone in 2 weeks then the losses settled down to 3.5 lbs per week after that, managed to shift 3 stone in 10 weeks

Wow! That's amazing. Really well done. It does spur you on, doesn't it. I tend to lose weight pretty slowly, so only managed 4lb in my first week. Still dreaming about losing a big number. :rolleyes:

JUst noticed we have the same goal and roughly the same goal date... did you want to buddy up, maybe email, etc to keep is going....

congratulations on your weight loss! I find that it averages out at a stone a month on the diet so each week can vary. xxx
