hi guys i got weighed today and i lost 6lbs. i am happy i lost this in one week but i was expecting more considering the amount of weight people have lost in their first week.
6 pounds is still brilliant, I think the losses vary because of the amount of carbs you probably had in the days coming up too starting the plan. Don't knock it 6 pounds is heavy when you weigh it, and here is to another good loss next week!
Well done on the 6lbs...that is amazing.....try weighing out 6lbs of rice and carry it round with you for the day...you will be amazed by how much it does weigh.
