I lost 2.5lb

Too be honest I'm a little disappointed I was expecting bigger for my first one but it's better off than on I suppose I'm going to stick to the plan again and try for the same next week
 
I read somewhere that you should put a saucepan on your weighing scales and fill with water till you reach the weight lost (the one you're disappointed with) then try to pick it up and see how heavy it is. You can remember that you were carrying this around on your body!
