I took a trip to Boots scales, which to my embaressment was right next to the tills (i had to keep looking over my shoulder in case anyone saw). I weight in at 17st 4lbs, but i'll make sure it goes downwards from here.

I'm following the poits plan from tomorrow. It has been so good seeing all you results, it has been motivating for myself.

Anyway, i'll speak to you all soon.

this site has been a total godsend to me over the last few months - and totally addictive

Think you are very brave weighing in a public place- shows that you are totally committed to losing the weight and you are guaranteed an accurate reading I suppose.

Are you weighing in each week on a Saturday then? Will watch out for you next week.

Hi Rosie, Thanks for your encouragment. The plan is to weigh in evey Saturday until after Christmas, then i might join a group around the corner from where i work.

However i'm debating on whether to just go it alone all the way as i still have all my ww books from last time i joined.

What do you think?
 
Congratulations on starting!! Why not wait til January - they have the new programme then, and there's always money off registering :)

Oh, i forgot about the new programme. They will still have the points plan won't they? I'm so used to doing points plan from last time.
 
Kate the new plan is basically point, incoorporating more filling foods! they havnt replaced any plan though, Im still doing points it suits me so well :) x

Hi Kate, just looking to see if you had updated your weight loss for this week, but can't see anything.

Hope its all going well for you.

I would wait and see how I get on doing it myself. The new plan is the same as the points but suggesting you make better, more filling, healthy choices - common sense really.
