First Weigh In

Well i had my second WI and i stayed the same! Iv have been eating all of my points and not been too naughty so i am gutted, Time to get the Wii Fit out i think....does anyone else use one?

Also need to start drinking more water as i only drink about 2litres a day and by the look of the other links on here that is nothing.
 
STS is still good - you said you werent managing to eat all your points last week.. it was mentioned awhile back somewhere but if you eat too much or too little, your body's cycle is over a week long, so you might find that the results of that dont show until a week later.. so your low points first week might be coming round to bite you on the bum so to speak..

2 litres of water is plenty - some diets do say that more water = better weight loss but it doesnt work for everyone, and also means you're forever visiting the toilet!

good luck for this coming week - incorporating a little exercise will help but remember just to build it up gradually or it can negatively affect your weight loss through muscle gain etc.. (though of course, muscle is better than fat but still..)

Oh i didnt think of that! :mad: so angry at myself now, ill make sure i eat all of my points this week and start the exersize :bliss:Thanks D xx
