First WI - success!

Hi all - had my first WI this morning after signing up on line last Thurs and have lost 3lb :)

I'm really happy with this as had been doing cambridge on and off since April and was struggling with that so thought i'd well & truly messed up my metabolism, so the fact i've been eating at every meal and snacks too i'm well chuffed i've actually lost something!

Hopefully i'll have another good week as this is really a plan that is soooo easy to stick to - fingers crossed :D

Hope everyone one else is doing well too!

Well done hun :) That's a brilliant first week loss!

If you would like some group support, have a look at the link in my signature for The FlabFighters, we're a lovely bunch really, and no harm can come of you joining us :) If you don't want to join in with the challenge for August (although we have very little rules so I say you can join whenever!) then I'm sure there will be one running for September :)
