first WI today

its day 6 today and i have just been for my first weigh in and ive lost...............................12.5 pounds can you believe that!! im so so so happy and i am defo going to stick to this. this forum has defo inspired me and im thankfull for your support and help xxxx

I'd say your over the moon that's nearly a stone!!! I have my first weight in tomorrow All going well bit nervous as been hopping on the wii fit to check weight and haven't noticed a massive change at all hope it's wrong and there is a big loss like urs! I ve been religiously doing 100% TFR so want it to be worth it!

i weighed my self on the wii and it said i had lost 5lbs! i was ready to quit but previously it allways said im heavier than what i was! im sure you will have lost hun let me know how it goes. its been so hard doing this but after my weigh in its so worth it xx
