    Just had my first WI back on WW after my very unsuccessful stint with SW:mad: and am glad to say i have lost 3.5lbs. :)

    Unfortunately i have then come home and eaten about 1000 Cadbury mini eggs:eek:. I know it's because of the dreaded PMT (Grrrr!!) but i'll be back on track in the morning. Why do our hormones play such havoc with our bodies???? Nightmare!

    Well done on the 1st weigh in, great start. Draw a line under the chocs cant be undone now.

    I used to suffer a lot with pmt and would eat bucket loads of anything. Now I'm at that fragile stage of life and still have dodgy hormones but have learnt to control them a tad better.
