first WI

well i went and got weighed and i lost 7lbs.

I should be pleased and everyone else keeps saying wow 7pounds thats half a stone !

so why do i feel so deflated ?

Everyone is right! 7lb is amazing. Just imagine how long that would take you to lose on weight watchers or a similar diet.

I know how you feel, I had my first WI and I lost 4lb after being 100% for the entire week. However I'm going to keep going, as 4 off is much better than 4 on
