Thanks hon, think i might be heading for my first sts or gain this week though as not been too well this week fingers crossed i can squeeze some sort of loss in lol
well done! If you gain or sts or even have a very small loss..don't be discouraged! I lost 5.5lbs my first week and 1.5lbs the next... I was upset by the second loss but now I think "well if I had lost 3.5lbs and 3.5lbs I would be happy"...so now I am!
Wow well done! Massive congrats. I had my first weigh in yesterday and lost 7.5lbs. It really spurs you on doesn't it? I'm really enjoying the plan and the challenge at the minute - I hope it continues. Good luck with reaching your target!
