Made this tonight for dinner and it was amazing:bliss:
Lay out 4 pieces of foil on worktop & place a piece of fish on top (I used about 20oz of Hake for 4 people).
Spread 2 Tbsp of Red Pesto [4 Syns] over the 4 pieces of fish and top with grated parmesan cheese [HexA]. Seal parcels tightly.
Place parcels in Slow cooker, do not add any water or liquid. Cook on low for 3 - 4 hours.
I served it with Potato & Sweet potato mash, peas and turnip.
