fit 4 life??

hi i have to start fit 4 life at my local gym on sept 9th and i was just wondering if any of you have heard of it ???? as just wondering what it intails

all i know its at my local gym and my dr put me onto it wil try ring them tomorrow and ask as im not sure if any one has ever heard of it

A friend of mine runs Fit 4 Life in Cambridgeshire and Norfolk. Hers is run along similar lines to Rosemary Conley. Weigh in and Exercise. Dont know if the one you are going to is the same.
