Dinner was a coconut and chickpea curry with rice + mullerlight chocolate fix that needed eating (786)
Added on to 681 for brunch = 1467 so just over my max.
Also went for a 12k bikeride today

No post from you for a while
Hi @Ravenous I’m ok. Just checking in to update my weight. Been cc and giving myself a bit of a break as kids are off school and starting to meet up with friends and family again and feel it’s too much mentally to do so too. I’ve been sticking to between 1200-1400 kcal a day but having some days where I track with my exercise too so allowing myself a lot more freedom at the moment. Still doing quite a bit of exercise and slowly loosing (even if I did have a day where I had afternoon tea and completely overindulged in food and alcohol - felt awful afterwards but it was worth it!) I’m still feeling motivated to get back on sw but cc is working for me while I’m out and about so much 😁
will be back soon and will check in again next thurs (WI)

Yes we all need a break from time to time. Enjoy your break and get back to it when you feel ready. Yes socialising the hard part as everyone wants to feed you (or we have been brought up with the mental attitude that we must eat & drink when we are with friends & family).

Have a fab week and get back when you are ready. Look forward to reading your diary when you are back.

By the way you are doing great with your losses.
