Fizzy Feeling up nose?

Hi Everyone,

Am I the only person getting this feeling or does anyone else? i get a fizzy feeling up my nose when I walk and also when I'm drinking my water, this never happened when I was eating, is this something to do with the diet?

Hi Amethyst, well i try to have between 3-4 ltrs per day its very strange...
