Fizzy jelly? how do i make it ALSO is Jelly free??

got some jelly sachets, I have lemonade but how would i make it as it says to add HOT water?x

Dissolve the crystals in a little bit of hot water, once dissolved, add the lemonade. Make sure the amount of liquid added equals what is required, otherwise it won't set.

in the sw book it says sugar free crystals made with water is 0.5 syns for 142ml

I used the SW website, put in Hartley's Sugar Free Jelly Crystals and the whole pack is 1.5 syns?
