well done you you dont need the bread, i know what you mean it being a quick fix, im struggling just with a pound/pound and a half a week, but what it has taught me is that it goes on quicker than it does to come off regardless of what diet plan you follow, yes i could be more rigid but have being ss+ for the past two weeks as i fancied some food, gonna ss next week, i needed to get rid of the food element in my life, so i can effectively start from the begining again, get myself to a happy weight then give myself options, do you eat that peice of bread or do you walk away, and by the end of my journey with CD i know that i will just walk away i have not need that bread for 12 weeks why when i come off Cd will i ever need it, my body does not want too many carbs if any.
