I'm so glad Minimins is back!

I'm going to try and get 6 down days in before Christmas, starting today. Fridays are my official weigh in days.

I'm stuck on 212 - but I got stuck on 215 and 218 too and got past those eventually. I'm aiming for roughly 2000 today. Really want to see 211 this week!

Spaghetti Bolognese for dinner tonight. Trying to drink lots of water. It's a tough day today for family reasons. Can't wait for Mr Wavycat to get home from work so I can have a hug.

Finally - first appearance by 211. My short term goal is 210 or 15st, so nearly there.

My focus in the new year is going to be better nutrition and healthier choices. That can wait until January though - the week before Christmas isn't the time for making big changes I don't think.

Fast day today. Planning home made mushroom soup for lunch. Really really struggling today. Don't usually get hungry until about 5pm, but was hungry all morning and afternoon today.

Almost gave up, but I really want to get 4 fasts (including this one) in before Christmas. I'm planning on having 24, 25, 26 off, then doing a fast on the 27th and 30th and taking the 31st, 1st and 2nd off. Normal fasting will resume on the 3rd.

I'm planning to do 'dry January' starting on the 2nd. Mr Wavycat says he'll do it too, but I'm not sure I believe him!

Argh! Stuck at 212! Still at least 211 made a first appearance this week. I had a miserable, hungry day yesterday. I'm going to take a break for a few days over the weekend and fast on Monday and Wednesday next week.

oh gosh yes,the week before Christmas isn't the time.im the same though,definitly concentrating on nutrition in the near future

It is good to be back, isn't it?

I look forward to reading more of you, seeing less of me and generally finding a return her to be good news for the return to the diet :)
