Hi everyone!

Well done on your loss Kel!

As i'm going on Holiday this time next week, I have decided to switch to SW until i get back.

I just don't want to do the coming off plan on hol and putting loads on thing this time! My head really hasn't been in the right place for a while now and i'm hoping that a break for a week or two will be what i need to kick start my motivation when i get back!

If you want to replace me that's fine but i'd still like to hang around and say hi to y'all! Just dont wanna give you rubbish losses all the time!

Hi Loz you gotta do what ya gotta do girl lifes to short, im sure we can keep your place open for when your back with us, does this mess up our weekly wi results with one less person???

Loz can you tell me in laymans terms how to do the weigh in results on the sheet, not sure what to do and whos who on the sheet as no names just colours please keep instructions simple (sorry ) cheers x
 
Sure!

The sheet does have names, you just need to scroll to the left using the bar at the bottom!

All you need to do each week is to type in their weight last week (you can find this on the sheet) and their new weight in lb's. It does the rest for you!

One less person shouldn't make a difference just count me as a STS or set my numbers to 0 for everything!

I'll still be around to help anyway (except for next week as i'm on me hols!)

I'm back girls - second day on CD after having to eat for a few days. Feeling much better apart from the fact I still don't have my voice back. Fed up of having to be quiet though its probably nice for everyone else!

How's everyone getting on this week anyway? x
 
glad to have you back, the scales have moved this morning so should have some sort of loss which is good, x
 
hi gals as per Loz email we are one down for a while, all help with the wi results would be appreciate ie, someone how knows more than turning a computer on and off (my limitation) please let me know if anyone knows what they are doing for a while cheers x

So annoying - everyone is blaming my 'extreme diet' on the fact I was ill! I'm asthmatic, so when I do get a cold, it does tend to turn into a chest infection. That's always happened! Why is it that everyone wants to blame the diet for everything? Stupid people!

Is everyone feeling quite focused anyway? I am. I think its great to be part of a team like this. x
 
focused and rearing to go, thanks Loz, im a bit of a computer idiot unfortunaly, my weigh in is in 2 hours and counting so no more water or liquid for me for now, gonna have a shake only week to kick start again let you know how i get on later x
 
morning all wi and lost 1.5 lbs which is all good only 2 to go to 3 stone in 3 months, how is everyone hope you are all ok x

Ok, i'll do it for you this week!

All you need to do is type your new weight in lb's into the new weight column!

Obviously each week you need to change the last week's weight column as well.

If you can't work it out you can do it manually - you do lb's lost divided by last weeks weight times 100.

Thank you. We're all doing great aren't we?! I'm really going for it this week - totally strict and loads of water. Fed up of two pound losses and want a big loss just to give me a boost.. I'm only just into the 12 stone something and already have my eye on being 11 something. That's my target before christmas anyway! What's everyone else's targets before the big day? x
