I had fish and chips as my 'last supper' before starting (classy huh?). Yesterday was not good, I could give hurricane sandy a run for its money :/

Sharon they aren't smelly but go into a padded room! Lol like a firework going off! Lol it settles down think it might be the fact four weeks in my stomach is empty. The bars alone surely can't fill up much space!
