I too HATE drinking water! I really struggled with it, some days I managed the 2Lts and other days I could only drink maybe one glass........BUT now I have doubled the water in the shakes and soups and also I now drink bottled sparkling water, a 2Lt bottle a day, and it's a bit like drinking lemonade or soda water, it's alot easier to drink than tap water. You can get it for 12p-14p a bottle in most supermarkets.....try it.

Another sparkling water person here. I also drink hot water as not really a cold water person.
