Flax meal

Where do u guys gt ur flax meal from? I'd never heard if it until a couple of days ago. Do supermarkets sell it? Is it expensive?

brown not ground tastes LUSH east end is the brand name, have seen the golden in Tesco £5.00 a pop not worth the money for me

I think I might have seen that golden one in my tesco - what brand is it and is it ground?

The one I've seen doesnt say anywhere whether it's ground or not. I havent got a grinder so dont want to waste my money if i cant use it cos it's unground.

Also how does the golden taste? - i got the dark one last week and wasnt too keen on the flavour

The golden one is a lighter taste. I can normally shake the packet and tell. If it sounds like your shaking seeds then its not ground
