flaxmeal Help!!

Hiya,

Just wondered where everyone gets there flaxmeal from. i got if from morrisons, but stopped selling it. just wondered if there was somewhere online that wasnt a fortune.

I got mine from Holland & Barrett, it's flax seed so needs to be ground first - although I sprinkle the seeds on my salad. Also if you've got a Julian Graves they should sell it.

I read somewhere on here that someone got them at a very good price from an Asian shop, so might be worth checking out

i got mine from adsa , its called linseed (same as flax) and was in the home baking section , £1 for a bag , just grind it up before use

I bought some from holland & barret but it was dark brown and really rich. It was organic but i think too carby.
Im off to sainsburys tomorrow and they sell the golden flaxmeal, which im going to try.
