Folic acid??

A bit of advice needed - I am 100% ss and want to start taking folic acid - could this have a negative effect on weight loss or ketosis?

CD already has 100% RDA of folic acid in it. Has your GP suggested you need to take more?

No, put I am getting married in August and want to start trying for a baby so dont want to not take it?

There is 100% RDA in 3 pkts of diet. Before taking any extra it would be better to consult your GP.
