Food Directory

Apart from the syns, does the food directory also list what you can have as HEx A and B? I have the starter pack but just wondered if I need the food directory as well. I won't be going to meetings so therefore won't have access to SW online. Thanks .

As far as I know it doesn't have specific pages for the HEX's but if you look up something under the brand, it will note next to it if it's a HEX! (I think...!)

Just checked and no it doesn't list anything as a HE, just gives syn value for each plan

Really, I must have dreamed it! I have the 2010 one & I'm pretty sure in mine it has HEXB next to bread if it counts...? If not, I've gone nuts.

Maggie someone posted about the 2012 directory last week & they said it wasn't worth buying as they could find all they needed on here. I find mine useful though have to admit.

I got it as part of my Christmas present from my consultant (I'm on the social team) and checking the HE's was my 1st time looking through it, I find the SW online much handier and easier

its the little book - free branded foods - that lists all the healthy extras by shop/brand...its about £2 (just under but cant remember if 1.95 or 1.99,lol)

on the original subject this is the first time i've not gotten the food directory but as member i have syns on go app and online access.
but in previous years,after being without internet for a whole month in the summer before i joint i always bought one as although yes all available online,goes out of date etc its a whole heap better than nothing if you cant get online at all!!
