    Anyway we can build a list of foods below the 5g rule - eg asda big fat boy cream cake with added squirty cream 4g.........
    something like that.

    Just had a rummage in my kitchen, and found a few things to start the list with...

    Weight Watchers toffee & honeycomb sundae: 122cal, 2.6g fat (3.1 per 100g)

    Co-op sweet chilli chicken noodle salad: 230cal, 4.2g fat

    Tesco light choices beef lasagne: 395cal, 9.1g fat (2.3 per 100g)

    Blue Dragon stir-fry sauces:
    Black bean: per serving - 57cal, 0.7g fat (1.1 per 100g)
    Chow mein: per serving - 51cal, 1.4g fat (2.4 per 100g)
    Spicy szechuan tomato: per serving - 72cal, 3.2g fat (5.4 per 100g)


    Sainsbury's ready meals:
    Spinach and ricotta cannelloni: 366cal, 11.3g fat (2.9 per 100g)
    Spaghetti bolognese: 405cal, 9.1g fat (2.3 per 100g)
    Ham and roasted mushroom tagliatelli: 399cal, 8.5g fat (2.2 per 100g)
    Mushroom risotto: 387cal, 8.7g fat (2.3g per 100g)
