Thanks bigbird, unfortunately i'm having to come off cd for a month as my doc told me yesterday i've got to have a coeliac test, which is a gluten intolerance, so i've gotta eat gluten for 4 wks before
Which means eating bread pasta etc etc
Not happy at all. funnily enough, not had any of my symptoms whilst on cd, as all the shakes are gluten free.

Poor you! I can't eat gluten either. Gave it up before the blood test so am not diagnosed coeliac. Can't face eating it again in order to check. Hope you symptoms arent too bad!

At least you know you have this to come back to either way.
