How much does everyone spend on food shoping for their diet.

Golly, my food bill has gone up quite a bit. I spend (and this is for 2 people) £70-80 a week.

I spend about the same on 2 people maybe more.

For 3 of us, I have a budget of £100.00 a week, but that includes Hubby's naughties (he isnt on SW plan).

I spend about £75/£85 week for two of us - this includes laundry powder/fabric softener, household cleaning products, dog food, kitchen/toilet rolls/foil etc.......

About £20 per person per week. I'm on SW (EE) but my flatmate isn't, but we both eat the same things.

I find red days can be a bit expensive at times, and I miss things like rice and pasta then, so EE is best for me - might be more expensive than green, but cheaper than red!
