foodpacks! Nice?

Hi, i have previously done the LL diet and the shakes where really nice, what are the CD foodpacks like?

Its all personal taste some I love, some I don't but on the whole they are really nice especially the choc/mint one

Have to agree that in general they're pretty good, however i dont like any of the soups (well i can just about manage a Spicy Tomato one ) but thats just me!

I like all the shakes and most of the soups.

The soups took some getting used to but now I enjoy them - well once I put loads of Pepper and herbs in

i prefer the soups over the shakes

I've had CD and LL and I MUCH prefer LL. Shakes are much thicker and creamier. Soups are about the same. New LL bars are lovely (for diet bars!)
