Hi everyone,
I'm returning to Cambridge after a few years off, I lost almost 4 stone last time and today I have ended up back at my original starting weight, I'm disgusted.
I'm now 14 stone 13. I refuse to get to 15 stone, so I start today so that 1lb doesn't creep on. I want to be about 9stone 7, it's going to be tough, but it needs to be done. I want to be able to go on holiday, go visit my friend in Ibiza, wear things I want to and to be confident again, I'm young I don't want to be hiding away feeling frumpy.
I'm using up packs I had from my last failed try to get back on, this leaves me with 5 days and then I need to find myself a consultant.
I feel really scared starting this again, but I don't feel like I could lose anything or stick to a conventional 1lb per week diet, I'd be on for years!
Is anyone else starting today or recently?
