For the Love of Soup - Syn Value Please

Hi All,

I have bought this in Morrisons as it was on offer but can't find the syn values anywhere.
It is the Tomato anbd Herb variety , 210 cals in 600g pot with 0.4g of fat per 100g.

Any help / thoughts would be appreciated !!

Is this just a soup? manufacturer? protein per 100g? carb per 100g? main ingredients.

HI ,

The Soup is made by TSC Foods.
85% Tomato , followed by onion , tomato paste and sugar.

1.1g of Protein per 100g and 6.8 g of Carbs.

Taking the tomatoes as a free food it worked out at 1.5 syns for the 600g. That's really good.

Even better they are more delicious than the NCG version , only a £1 and just 1.5 syns.
