Foreign food... help!

Not sure if anyone can answer this but fingers crossed I'm new to SW and currently working abroad and have found some mug shot type things but I'm not sure how may syns they would have. Its 44g net weight but when made up with water is 318g and with the following nutritional info...

Calories	150
Protein	5.9g
Carbs	26.8g
Fat	1.5g

Is the nutritional info per 100g or per sachet?
And what is the main ingredient as well

No that's for when it's made up with water. Main ingredient is noodles (60%) then veg (3.5%) and curry powder (2.7%)

Okay thanks but is it 150 calories for the whole sachet made up or per 100g? It will get a free food allowance for the noodles which will help bring down the syns a bit

Its 150 cal for the whole thing made up... 342 cal for 100g dried powder
