How many people are doing simply filling? Are there enough people and enough posts to warrant a sub forum? There's nothing worse than an unused section and if there are only a few people on it you'll find you actually get more support in the main section

I think it would be good especially as ww don't give that much info and it's here that I found help.

I have a thread started called simply filling- rednicola has been very good as have a couple of others in posting the lists you can eat on this plan. It's explained there x

I agree we need somewhere to post coz it's so hard to find people doing it and im sure it would really help and might even give people who are struggling another option coz they may not have heard about it as it's not really pushed at the moment although I've heard that's about to change in January xx
