hi everyone, i have not been around for a while and have been very slowly putting on a bit weight since i finished CD 
I have about 10lbs to loose again and really couldnt face cd again, but during a break from it last year i followed THD and lost 6lbs in a week so was really pleased and too be honest never suffered too bad with any side effects
Annoyingly though i have lent my books out so will hopefully get them back for phase 2 but going to start pahse 1 tomorrow, didnt have anything in to do it today :sigh:
I had really been struggling with getting myself motivated until i logged back onto here and read your posts, seeing people do well is very contagious and reminds me i can do it
