Frankie and benny

So doing really well back on track and lost 4pm in first week but off for a meal on Friday with work and it's to frankie and benny :-( if it was the pub it's easy gammon and a jacket potato but alas I must pre plan my whole week around it :-(

So I'm thinking salad not going to cut it but hoping that a spaghetti Bol be around 7 syns?? My syn book old and does not have FB's in and my new one won't be here for a week!!

Can anyone confirm? Or tell me what low syns (but not salad or fish lol) xx

I think the majority of them are ww points but I've made a bold choice and just going for spaghetti Bol xx
