im gunna tell you a secret here that will put you off frankies for life....

They cook all their chicken, and most other meats at 10am every morning. Only the burgers and ribs are fresh.

The pastas are all cooked fresh, but the sauces and meatballs etc are all frozen.

God, TRADE SECRETS!!

... Gem hun if we took note of how different places cooked their foods we would never eat out again!
Dont think it matters when its cooked as long as its stored and reheated correctly! ...
