Its my dad's birthday & were all going for a meal to Frankie & Bennys..

What can I have ?? I have no Idea!!

I need mega help on this one.

Have had a look there looks quite a bit.
They have a lighter menu with chicken salad, steak salad and a low calorie spag Bol.

On the main menu the penne arabiatta sounds good option, you can choose a jacket with your steak . There are also starters on the lighter menu. Enjoy your night

Was just about to start a similar thread as I'm looking to go there tonight I'm veggie and the only lighter option is a pizza? Surly that can't be good
