Free AND quick?Help please!

Any handy tips for free foods which also involve little more than heating? I'm thinking of those nights where you're so tired that getting to the sofa seems a hassle, let alone hovering over an oven. I just want a few things I can have in for emergencies....

Things like (am I right?) tinned spaghetti.

Any help much appreciated. Thank you!

Eggs Eggs And guess what more eggs!

But seriously I have spent the last week making vats of syn free chili, soups, roasted veg etc to portion up and freeze for those nights when I can't be bothered. I also keep rice portions frozen too. Good job I am currently motivated lol....

Asda chickpea dahl with couscous, put chickpea dahl in microwave for couple of mins and pour hot water on couscous for about 5 mins. A meal in no time and very filling. xxx
