I read it last night in one go - it's not very long. On the whole, I enjoyed the first half of the book. The details aren't there for someone who's never done Dukan, but she writes well and it was an easy read. For some reason though, nuts are seemingly allowed in the (US?) version of the book she's reading... hmm. And the descriptions of Conso are so vague one could think pasta etc was allowed daily if one didn't check...

But for us seasoned Dukan dieters, I enjoyed reading it as a "diary" (and know which bits to ignore!)
