Does anyone know any syn free/low syn food from Marks & Spencers please? Got loads of vouchers so thought we'd have some posh food

thanks - i'll buy a new directory next week. Only just thought today of spending my vouchers on food! only problem is chocolate refridgerator squares as i love them! bet they're loads of syns.
