Free or syns?

Help!!

When you get marinaded fresh meat fron the butchers like the chinese pork steaks or a piri piri chicken breast is it free or synable?

it depends on what they have used to marinade it with - best ask them what the ingrediants are - incase they use oil etc x

I'd whack a few syns on to be on safe side. If you what to make sure its syn free, best marinading yourself
