Free ready meals/dishes

Hi

Just wondering if anyone would like to share syn free ready meals/dishes they use?
Whilst i like to cook from scratch its not always possible so I like to have a syn free ready meal to hand !!

At the moment I am loving ASDA extra special slow cooked Lamb Shanks in Garlic and Rosemary Gravy ! YUMMY and syn free !!! ( beware though the Mint gravy version is 3 syns per shank )
