Free yogurts

Can anyone tell me what brands of yogurts are Syn free, currently I eat the Activia snackpots but wanted to widen my choice. Thanks

You'd be better off checking out the Syns thread and the specific yoghurt sticky. There's loads free or very low so you should get a really good idea from there.

Most of the Muller Lights are free and the fruit Shape Delights too. Those are the ones I buy.
