Freezing

Safe, yes. But they might separate and the texture will change. This is especially true of low-fat yogurts as they are less stable.
 
I always put mine in the freezer for an hour or so, sometimes longer. They don't separate and take longer to eat!
 
Last year I bought the mint choc mullerlight to freeze, I had to mix it with a fork every hour until I decided to eat it, it was lush!
 
I made the mistake of freezing the cappuccino ones once. Left them in for too long, and the yogurts themselves were rank anyway, frozen or unfrozen!
